Assigned Media ran a Charlie Kirk Remembrance Day Art Contest, here’s what our community came up with.

After far-right extremist and hatemonger Charlie Kirk was brutally murdered, the House and Senate, including LGBTQ+ Democrats such as Sarah McBride, Angie Craig, Eric Sorensen, Mark Takano, Sharice Davids, and Chris Pappas, took the unusual and highly controversial step of designating today, October 14, as a national day of remembrance for this icon of hatred and division. President Trump has announced he will award Kirk, a violence monger and bigot, with the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
At Assigned Media, we wanted to do our part to ensure that this man was remembered fully and properly. Here are the winners of our Charlie Kirk Remembrance Day Art Contest!

The House did not pass a resolution marking today Charlie Kirk Day of Remembrance. Only the Senate did. The House voted on a general resolution condemning the violence and "honoring" his life.
That a trans Democrat, Sarah McBride, could vote in honour of a fascist shows the falsity of identity politics. The working class does not gain anything when more of a particular minority group join the powerful elite. Instead, we need a working class revolution to overthrow that elite.
